President, Founder

Senior Solutions Engineer

Tristan Deveney brings deep expertise to the FGI team, both as a former Slate administrator at Clark University, where he managed enrollment communications for the undergraduate admissions office, and, more recently, from his time at Technolutions, where he worked for three years as a Senior Program Manager and Client Support Engineer. In his time with Technolutions he served as the Data team lead, helping a wide range of institutions to design solutions for admissions operations.

Solutions Engineer

Allen brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and technical capability to the FGI team as Solutions Engineer. In his previous role as a Program Manager for Technolutions, Allen was as an integral member of the Outreach, Automations & Permissions, and Data Import teams. Allen is dedicated to fostering success and empowering users in Slate; most recently delivering a presentation at the 2023 Slate Summit on utilizing portals to optimize the user experience.

Director of Operations

Alec is an integral part of the FGI team fostering synchronization of all operational facets within the organization. Holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, he has been equipped with a sturdy grounding in business principles, strategic cognition, and adept leadership. His educational foundation, harmonized with over ten years of practical engagement in both private and public domains, positions him uniquely to propel FGI's operational endeavors to new heights.
